At Suvaa, every pair is checked carefully before dispatch. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Suvaa Global store at wearsuvaa.com.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7-14 business days from order confirmation, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page or communicated by our team.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During launches, sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
International Shipping
We ship to eligible international destinations shown at checkout. Availability may vary by destination and courier serviceability.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, local holidays, weather, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
For US orders, standard shipping is included in the product price unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.
Optional paid shipping services, if offered, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Duties, Taxes, And Import Charges
For US orders, prepaid import duties and taxes are included in the product price unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.
You should not be asked to pay a separate duties amount on delivery for orders where checkout confirms duties are prepaid or included.
Customs authorities or couriers may still contact you for delivery information, identity details, or clearance support if required by local rules.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Please use the tracking link to follow your shipment.
Incorrect Or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address. Suvaa is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Refused Or Unclaimed Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because delivery could not be completed, any refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned to us and inspected.
In such cases, outbound shipping, return shipping, prepaid duties and taxes, customs fees, carrier charges, and payment processing charges may be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is not returned to us, or is returned damaged or unsaleable, no refund may be possible.
Lost Or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please take clear photos and videos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
