Refund And Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on the Suvaa Global store at wearsuvaa.com.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

International Returns

We do not offer returns for international orders at this time, except where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, contact us at hello@suvaa.in before purchase.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved by Suvaa for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our team will share the next steps by email.

Do not send any item back without written approval from Suvaa.

If an approved return requires the item to be shipped back to us, the return process and cost responsibility will be confirmed by our team based on the issue and destination.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Suvaa is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or held by customs in transit.

Refunds

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval or, where applicable, after the returned item is received and inspected.

Any outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, prepaid duties and taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, payment processing charges, and carrier charges are non-refundable unless the refund is caused by an error on our part.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund after it has been initiated.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders at this time.

If you need another size or style, please place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@suvaa.in.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the product, photos or videos of the outer packaging, and a short description of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products, if applicable
  • Products reported after the 48-hour damaged, defective, or incorrect item reporting window
  • Products that are worn, used, altered, damaged, stained, or missing original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or offline partners

Refused Delivery Or Delivery Issues

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because delivery could not be completed, any refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned to us and inspected.

Outbound shipping, return shipping, prepaid duties and taxes, customs fees, carrier charges, and payment processing charges may be deducted from any refund. If the shipment is not returned to us, or is returned damaged or unsaleable, no refund may be possible.
